Polynesian Wedding Cake

Beat: 2 c. sugar 3 eggs 2 tbsp. vanilla

Add: 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. salt

Fold in: 2 c. nuts 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (drained) 1 c. coconut

Mix. Bake 350 degrees.

Frosting:

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice

Procedure:

Mix well.

Add: 2 c. coconut 1 c. nuts

Mix all together. Spread on cooled cake.
