Mexican Wedding Cake
2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 eggs 2 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice) 1 c. nuts, chopped Procedure: Mix all together by hand. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Cream Cheese Frosting: 6 or 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 stick butter, softened 2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Procedure: Mix ingredients together.
