Mexican Wedding Cake
2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 eggs, well beaten 2 tsp. soda 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. pecans Procedure: Bake in 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Ice with 1 stick or 1/4 pound butter, 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. 10 to 12 servings.
