Mexican Wedding Cake
2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs 1 c. nuts 2 tsp. vanilla 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drain, keep juice to use in recipe) Procedure: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and bake for 25 minutes until done in a 13x9 inch pan. Icing: 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. cream cheese 2 c. powdered sugar
