Mexican Wedding Cakes

1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cake flour
6 tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped

Procedure:

Cream butter, add vanilla, add sifted flour and sugar and nuts. Mix and roll into balls the size of walnuts. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm.
