Mexican Wedding Cake
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. soda 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. vanilla 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple (juice and all) 2 c. chopped nuts Procedure: Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees in 9x13 pan. Frosting: 1 stick butter 1 1/2 pkgs. sm. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Procedure: Frost with cream cheese frosting.
