Mexican Wedding Cake
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking soda 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice 1 c. walnuts Procedure: Mix all ingredients; put into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Topping: 6 oz. cream cheese 2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Procedure: Mix together.
