Mexican Wedding Cakes
1 c. butter 3/4 c. powdered sugar 1 c. pecans 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour Procedure: Cream butter and sugar together, add vanilla, then flour and nuts. Roll into balls about 3/4 inch size. Place on cookie sheets about 1/2 inch apart. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar. Cool and roll again.
