Mexican Wedding Cakes

1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour

Procedure:

Cream butter and sugar. Mix in salt and vanilla. Blend in flour. Shape small pieces of dough into balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while hot. Yields 5 1/2 dozen.
