Mexican Wedding Cakes
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar 2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. chopped nuts Procedure: Cream together butter, butter and sugar in electric mixer. Add flour, vanilla and nuts. Shape into balls the size of large marbles. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while hot. Cool then roll again. Makes 4 dozen.
