Mexican Wedding Cake
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. nuts Procedure: Mix all together. Bake in a 9 x 13 greased pan for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Frosting: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. confectioners sugar
