Mexican Wedding Cakes

1 c. butter
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients, roll by hand into small (3/4" diameter) balls. Place in baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Roll in additional powdered sugar while hot and repeat when cool. Yield: 3 dozen.
