Mexican Wedding Cakes
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar 2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. chopped nuts Procedure: Cream together butter, butter and powdered sugar in electric mixer. Add flour, vanilla and chopped nuts. Shape into balls the size of large marbles. Bake at 325 degrees F (163 C) for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while hot. Cool, then roll again. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
