Mexican Wedding Cakes
1 c. butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 3/4 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped pecans Procedure: Cream butter, sugar and vanilla; add flour and pecans. Shape into small balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Roll in powdered sugar.
