Mexican Wedding Cakes

1 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Procedure:

Let butter come to room temperature. Cream together with sugar. Add vanilla. Gradually add flour. Blend in nuts. Form teaspoon of dough into ball. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. While cookies are still warm, coat with confectioners sugar. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
