1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shortening

Procedure:

Cream above together, add: 1 c. chopped nuts

Shape in balls. Bake on ungreased baking sheet about 10 minutes in 400 degree oven. Roll in powdered sugar while still hot. Let set overnight before serving.
