Mexican Wedding Cakes

1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Procedure:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, add flour gradually to butter mixture. Mix in nuts. Roll into small balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes. While warm, coat with powdered sugar.
