Mexican Wedding Cake
2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 eggs 2 tsp. soda 1 tsp. vanilla 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained) 1 c. chopped nuts Procedure: Mix ingredients together. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Frosting: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 c. sugar Procedure: Beat until fluffy.
