Mexican Wedding Cakes
1 c. butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/4 c. flour Dash salt 1 c. chopped pecans Procedure: Mix in order given. Chill dough. Roll into 1 inch balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool and roll in powdered sugar again.
