Mexican Wedding Cakes
1 c. butter (not butter) 4 heaping tbsp. powdered sugar 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour 1 tsp. water 1 tsp. vanilla Pinch of salt 1 c. pecans, finely chopped Powdered sugar Procedure: Cream together butter and powdered sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Form into large-sized marble shaped balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 F. oven for 15 or 20 minutes or until a delicate brown. Roll while still warm, but not too hot, in powdered sugar.
