Mexican Wedding Cakes
1 c. butter 1/4 c. confectioner's sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. sifted flour 1 c. chopped pecans Procedure: Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, add flour and nuts. Form balls and flatten. Use ungreased sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 300 degrees. Roll in confectioner's sugar when hot and again when cool.
