Mexican Wedding Cake
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 1/3 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp. salt 20 oz. crushed pineapple 2 c. nuts Procedure: Mix ingredients all together. Put in a 9"x13" pan, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Frosting: 8 oz. cream cheese 2 c. powdered sugar 1 stick butter Procedure: Beat together.
