Mexican Wedding Cake
1 c. butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Procedure: Mix these together and then sift and stir in: 2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. chopped nuts Procedure: Roll in 1 inch balls and put on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm and again after cool.
