Indian Wedding Cake

Stir with spoon: 2 c. sugar

Add: 1 tsp. vanilla 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (juice and all)

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Icing:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Procedure:

Beat until creamy. Pour over hot cake. Cover with nuts and cool in refrigerator. Do not use mixer or butter glass dish.
