Hawaiian Wedding Cake

2 c. sugar
2 eggs

Procedure:

Beat together. Add:

16 oz. crushed pineapple with juice

Procedure:

Mix in:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)

Procedure:

Add soda to flour. Add coconut and chopped nuts. Spoon into greased, floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degree oven. I turn oven off and leave cake in 5 minutes.

Icing:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick of butter (1/4 lb.) softened
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Procedure:

Beat all thoroughly. Spread on cake. Cover pan and refrigerate when cold. Easy to make delicious.
