Hawaiian Wedding Cake

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Procedure:

Bake in greased, No Flour, pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Icing:

1 stick soft butter
1 1/2 c. 10X sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla

Procedure:

Sprinkle with coconut if desired. Keep refrigerated.
