Hawaiian Wedding Cake
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. coconut 2 tsp. baking soda 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained Procedure: Sift flour, sugar and soda. Add eggs, nuts, coconut and pineapple. Combine well but do not beat. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Icing: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Procedure: Soften cheese and butter, add vanilla and sugar. Mix until smooth. Frost cake while warm.
