Hawaiian Wedding Cake
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 c. coconut 1 tsp. baking soda 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. chopped macadamia nuts Procedure: Mix all ingredients well by hand. Pour into 13x9 inch ungreased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool completely before icing. Hawaiian Wedding Cake Icing: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 stick butter Procedure: Mix all ingredients with hand mixer. Ice cooled cake.
