Hawaiian Wedding Cake
2 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2 c. flour 1 c. walnuts, chopped 1/2 c. shredded coconut Cream Cheese Frosting: 1/4 lb. soft butter 1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese 1 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Procedure: Mix all ingredients in a bowl with mixer. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. (A cooking spray to grease pan works well.) Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan and frost. Keep refrigerated. Cream Cheese Frosting: Beat all ingredients well with mixer.
