Hawaiian Wedding Cake
2 c. sifted flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. nuts, crushed 1 c. flaked coconut 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple Procedure: Sift together flour, sugar and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients. Combine well but do not beat. Turn batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Icing: Combine 1 large package cream cheese, softened with 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Mix well. Frost warm.
