Hawaiian Wedding Cake
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. coconut 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice Procedure: Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool Hawaiian Wedding Cake Frosting:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 stick butter 2 tsp. vanilla Procedure: Blend well. Frost cool cake. Garnish with chopped nuts, if desired.
