Hawaiian Wedding Cake
2 c. white sugar 2 eggs 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, not drained 2 tsp. baking powder 2 c. chopped walnuts 2 c. flour Procedure: Mix sugar, eggs, pineapple with juice, soda, nuts, and flour together well. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool and frost. Frosting: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 lb. butter, room temperature 2 c. confectioners sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Procedure: To make frosting: combine softened cheese, butter, and sugar with vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
