Hawaiian Wedding Cake
1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, in own juice, undrained 1 c. coconut 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda Procedure: Mix all ingredients by hand. Do not over beat. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Frosting: 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. confectioner's sugar 1/4 lb. butter 2 tsp. vanilla Procedure: Put all ingredients in blender and blend well. Spread on cool cake. Keep refrigerated.
