Hawaiian Wedding Cake
Prepare and bake a yellow cake mix in 9 x 13 inch pan, according to package instructions. Cool slightly, then punch holes in top with fork. Spread 1 (1 ounce) can crushed pineapple, juice and all. Place in a mixer 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese; add 1 (3 3/4 ounce) package vanilla instant dry pudding mix slowly with 1 scant cup milk. Spread on top of pineapple, then spread with 9 ounces of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with 3/4 to 1 cup coconut. Chill. Cut in squares to serve.
