Hawaiian Wedding Cake
2 eggs 1 c. chopped nuts 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1 lg. (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, including juice Procedure: Mix all together by hand. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Leave in pan and cool. Topping: 1 stick butter, softened 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature 1 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Procedure: Beat ingredients with mixer. Spread on cake. Store in refrigerator.
