Hawaiian Wedding Cake
2 c. flour 2 eggs 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained Frosting: 1 stick butter, softened 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Procedure: Combine cake ingredients in large bowl and mix by hand. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Combine and mix frosting with electric mixer and frost on a cool cake.
