Hawaiian Wedding Cake
2 c. flour, sifted 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. nuts, crushed 1 c. flaked coconut 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple Procedure: Sift flour, sugar, and soda. Add remaining ingredients. Combine well but do not beat. Turn batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Topping: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Procedure: Mix well. Frost cake while still warm.
