Hawaiian Wedding Cake
Mix by hand: 2 eggs 1 c. chopped walnuts 2 c. white sugar 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice Procedure: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown on top. Frosting: 1 stick soft butter 1 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar 1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla Procedure: Mix well with mixer. Sprinkle on top of cake with additional chopped walnuts.
