Hawaiian Wedding Cake

1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking soda
3 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. unsweetened crushed Dole pineapple
2 jars Jr. carrots
1 c. chopped nuts

Procedure:

Combine first 5 ingredients; blend in remaining ingredients. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 55-60 minutes.
