Hawaiian Wedding Cake

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. shredded coconut
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Procedure:

Beat eggs; add sugar. Mix all ingredients. Place in ungreased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

Frosting:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Procedure:

Mix and beat for frosting whipped cream or Cool Whip may be used instead of frosting.
