Hawaiian Wedding Cake
Cake: 1 box yellow cake mix 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges with juice 4 eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil Icing: 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice 1 (8 oz.) whipped topping 1 pkg. (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix Procedure: Mix cake mix, oranges and juice, eggs and oil with electric mixer until orange slices are broken up and batter is fluffy. Divide among 3 greased and floured 9 inch layer pans and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When cool, ice. Blend icing ingredients until well mixed.
