Hawaiian Wedding Cake
1 box yellow cake mix 1 (20 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple 1 box instant vanilla pudding 2 c. milk 8 oz. cream cheese Cool Whip Coconut and nuts Procedure: Mix cake and bake as directed on box - bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool completely. Make holes all over cake. Cover with pineapple. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix pudding with milk and beat until thickened, add cream cheese and blend. Spread evenly over pineapple. Cover top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle coconut and nuts if desired. Serves 12.
