Hawaiian Wedding Cake

1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 med. size can crushed pineapple
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip
Coconut

Procedure:

Prepare cake mix according to box directions. Let cake cool 10 minutes, then pour crushed pineapple, including juice, over cake. Cream together instant pudding, cream cheese and milk. Spread over pineapple. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut.
