Wedding Cake Frosting - Fluffy Cocoa Frosting


Fluffy Cocoa Frosting

2/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons shortening
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Procedure:

Blend milk and flour in a saucepan; cook over medium heat until thick. Cool. Cream together the butter, shortening, and sugar, beat in cocoa. Add cooled flour and milk mixture. Beat until fluffy and sugar is dissolved. Beat in vanilla. This frosting will frost a two layer cake.
